N1 Basketball is providing an 7 session course of skills and training for Travel/AAU caliber players. This is NOT intended for beginners or for players that that have never played organized ball before. Work hard, put in the effort, gain an edge!!!! You get better when you train, its that simple. This course is designed to get your athlete ready, for whatever program you are affiliated with.
Begins December 4th through February 5th 7pm - 8:15pm
Program Highlights:
- WHERE: Freehold Park Ave Elementary School
- WHEN: Mostly all Mondays (12/4, (12/13 Wednesday), 12/18, 1/8, 1/22, 1/29, 2/5)
- WHO: 5th - 8th Grade Boys & Girls
- DURATION: 1 hour and 15 min session (7 in total)
- Instructed by College Coach Jason Griffin
- Workouts begin in December 4th through February 5th
- Advanced Drills and Conditioning
- Ball Handling
- Defensive positioning
- Shooting
- Team oriented drills
