Bill is committed to helping players reach their full potential by building confidence, emphasizing fundamentals, and maximizing individual strengths through positive reinforcement.
His time in the military and years of playing basketball instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. Both environments required leadership, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure—whether carrying out a mission or competing in a close game. Through these experiences, he learned the importance of leading by example, overcoming adversity, and performing when it matters most. It is his hope to pass along those same values, lessons, and standards to the next generation.
