Coaching

N1 Basketball prides itself in its coaches.   We provide qualified new coaches the opportunity to learn for industry veterans who not only excel in providing the necessary training and development, but the mental toughness our athletes require to compete at a high level.  New coaches interested in joining the N1 Staff must volunteer through apprenticeship to shadow and learn from our veteran crew.  

Qualifications required:

• Rutgers Safety Clinic Certification Course (CLICK HERE)
• USA Basketball Certified (CLICK HERE) - optional but strongly encouraged
• Concussion Safety Training (CLICK HERE)
• Must pass a background check by N1 Staff

Veteran Coaches can also coach for N1 by passing a background check, and providing desired on age group(s).  

All qualified head coaches earn a stipend for their involvement.
