N1 Instructional Boot Camp

**Class size is intentionally limited**

Yes we are back by popular demand!!  N1 Basketball is providing a Instructional Boot Camp this Fall!! 

The  sessions are designed to build core foundational skill sets. Whether   you play competitively or looking to improve in the sport, the 6 session program will have a fundamental focus to build proper discipline   through competitive drills and scrimmage play.  

When: 

• Starting September 20th through October 25th
• Wednesdays Only (9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25)
• Times are 6pm - 7:15pm for all nights

Where: 

• First Session is at Barkalow Middle School
• Remaining sessions are at West Freehold School

Who: 

• 2nd through 5th grade

What to expect:

• Ball Handling Drills
• Proper Shooting Mechanics
• Passing Drills
• Proper Defenses & Boxing Out
• Change of Direction Moves
• Proper Footwork for Shooting
• Controlled Scrimmage Game Play

This is a great way to help prepare and build proper habits and a good work ethic in the game of basketball.
