School Prep Workouts

 **Class size will be limited to the first 20 enrollments and will be 1hr and 15min.**

N1 Basketball is proud to announce Prep Workouts for Middle School and  High School players looking to get extra training as they prepare for  school ball this winter. 

When: 

• Starting October 3rdthrough November  16th
• High School Division - Mondays 6:30pm
• Middle School Division - Wednesdays 6:30pm

Where: 

• Park Ave Elementary School in Freehold

Who: 

• Middle School Athletes 6th - 8th Grade Boys & Girls
• High School Athletes 9th - 12th Grade Boys & Girls

What to expect: 

• Coached by USA Certified youth and College Coaches 
• Workouts begin in October through mid November
• Advanced Drills and Conditioning
• Ball Handling
• Defensive positioning
• Shooting
• Team oriented drills
• Based in Freehold  

This is a great way to help prepare and build proper habits and a good work ethic in the game of basketball.
