Instructional Camp

New to the game?  Interested in learning how to play the sport more effectively?  St. Rose of Lima in collaboration with N1 Basketball is providing an instructional Camp this fall!!   There will be 8 sessions with key instruction and drills designed to help your young baller learn the fundamentals and the game of basketball. 

When:  

• Monday & Wednesdays 4:45pm - 6:00pm
• October 3rd & October 5th
• October 10th & October 12th
• October 17th & October 19th
• October 24th & October 26th 

Where: 

• St. Rose of Lima 

Who: 

• Entering 2nd Grade through 8th grade

What to expect:

• Ball Handling Drills
• Proper Shooting Mechanics
• Passing Drills
• Proper Defensive Stance
• Change of Direction Moves
• Proper Footwork for Shooting   

This is a great way to help prepare and build proper habits and a good work ethic in the game of basketball.
