Instructional Boot camp ii

 **Class size will be limited **

 This session is a continuation from the Fall and designed to build upon  the lessons learned. Whether you are returning or brand new to the  sport, this program will teach and enforce fundamentals through skill  sessions and competitive drills.  

When: 

• Starting December 1st through January 26th 
• Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:45pm

Where: 

•  Park Ave Elementary School
• 280 Park Ave, Freehold, NJ 07728 

Who: 

• Entering 2nd Grade through 5th grade

What to expect:

• Ball Handling Drills
• Proper Shooting Mechanics
• Passing Drills
• Proper Defensive Stance
• Change of Direction Moves
• Proper Footwork for Shooting   

This is a great way to help prepare and build proper habits and a good work ethic in the game of basketball.
